I watched this grandfather patiently teach his grand daughter the art of skating. He was very patient and she seemed to be enjoying herself immensely. The photo reference was taken on our local Bowness Lagoon which is drained in the winter time and made into a skating rink. There are even lit fires for roasting hot dogs and marshmellows.
