I had a Master's Panel (Belgian Linen) that I purchased in Florida and thought I'd give it a try to see how it compared to the regular canvas I have worked on.

The panel was Oil Primed and I think this is what made all of difference. The paint seem to flow more easily on the surface and gave the painting a kind of glow. It doesn't show up too well on the computer screen - but there is definitely a difference. Interesting......
