"Island Cook"

We were in the Bahamas a few years ago and I took this photo in Nassau of a cook taking a break from his duties.  This painting is now on display in the new 8th Avenue Place Building in downtown Calgary as part of the Riverview Artists Exhibition.  The show will remain there until Friday at 4:00.

Very nice, I love the oranges, much more cheerful than the rain painting in the previous post. We have had so much rain this June, I am afraid it is not the favourite subject around here. Still a nice picture as well though.
